Job Description

 Position responsibilities

  • Assisting with various administrative tasks, including report preparation, data entry, data validation and document management. 
  • Assisting with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. 
  • Maintaining and updating databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. 
  • Assisting with invoice processing, payment tracking, and other financial tasks. 
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. 
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitating communication and collaboration between different departments.
  • Customer Service: Providing support and assistance to clients and customers.
  • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality. 

Job Requirements

 Qualification and experiences

  • Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing administrative tasks.
  • Possess advanced Microsoft Excel, Words and Outlook skills to manage day-to-day tasks. Experience to operate Oracle NetSuite will be an added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
