<p>We're looking for an Assistant Brand Manager who is ready to step into brand ownership. You will own the end-to-end performance of an assigned brand - from strategy and planning to execution and results. This role is accountable for driving brand growth, making prioritization decisions, and translating insights into commercial impact.</p>

<p><strong>1. Brand Strategy &amp; Ownership</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage the brand P&amp;L in partnership with leadership, including annual brand plan and execution roadmap aligned to business objectives</li>
<li>Translate consumer, category, and performance insights into clear brand/campaign strategies and growth levers</li>
<li>Set direction on where to focus, scale, pause, or stop initiatives based on impact and resources</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>2. Campaign &amp; Activation Leadership</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end planning &amp; execution of integrated campaigns (launches, promotions, seasonal initiatives) and partnerships</li>
<li>Define campaign objectives, success metrics, and execution approach across channels</li>
<li>Ensure campaigns are delivered with strong strategic intent, execution quality and commercial relevance</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>3. Commercial Ownership &amp; Performance Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own brand topline performance and closely track key drivers (sales, volume, ROI)</li>
<li>Run regular brand performance reviews with clear diagnosis and corrective actions</li>
<li>Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, and eCommerce to ensure brand plans translate into channel execution</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>4. Market Insights &amp; Brand Innovation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead analysis of consumer trends, competitor activity, and category dynamics to inform strategy</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement of brand strategy and execution based on performance learnings</li>
<li>Work closely with R&amp;D and Supply Chain on product development and go-to-market planning</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>5. Budget &amp; Stakeholder Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the brand marketing budget and manage spend with discipline and ROI awareness</li>
<li>Make trade-offs across initiatives to maximise impact within available resources</li>
<li>Build strong working relationships with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders</li>
