About the role

Lead the creative design direction for ZUS COFFEE's physical retail environment, ensuring all new concepts, themed stores, and design changes are aligned with the brand identity, commercially viable and effectively translated into outlet execution.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, design narratives and visual directions for existing design, ad hoc projects or new themed store if required.
• Ensure design concepts are innovative, distinctive and aligned with ZUS COFFEE's brand identity.
• Review and guide design development from concept stage through to final execution.
• Ensure consistency of design language across different outlet formats and locations.
• Balance creativity with functionality, construction feasibility, budget and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and outsource designers.
• Work closely with Brands, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of design projects.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups, prototypes and site implementation where required.
• Identify new materials, finishes, fabrication techniques and design technologies that can enhance ZUS COFFEE outlets.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design or related field,.
• Min 6–10 years of relevant design experience, preferably with F&B, retail, hospitality or commercial projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating retail / commercial / spatial / branding design,
• Proficiency in relevant design software such as Adobe Creative, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent,
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
