Job Description

 Position Responsibilities 

  •   Provide full spectrum of monthly payroll processing and associated activities including payroll calculation, execution (salaries, leave, incentives and other compensation calculations), submission of statutory contribution (PIT, SSF, WCF) and reconciliation.
  • Ensure on time processing of the scheduled payroll runs.
  • Solve issues and errors that blocks the payroll run from completion.
  • Timely handle payroll-related inquiries or requests from employees and meet SLA requirements.
  • Handle reconciliation process with associated reports, ensure compliance and accuracy of the payroll, ensure Posting to Finance process payments timely execution including bank file.
  • Prepare payroll related reports including payroll summary, sharing cost and other ad-hoc report.
  • In charge of yearly statutory related submission and annual reporting.
  • Responsible to monitor country statutory and legal changes and ensure the changes reflect on the payroll. This includes testing payroll system and moving the changes to production system.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information and maintain appropriate documentation and filing systems.
  • In-charge of payroll budgeting and forecast.
  • In-charge of HRMS roll out. 
  • Provide suggestions on payroll process enhancements to reduce potential errors and increase efficiency. 
  • Assist on employee on-off boarding process and salary adjustment.
  • Support tax audits and resolve any tax discrepancies.
  • Stay updated on changes to Thai labor laws and tax regulations and adjust payroll policies accordingly.
  • Identify payroll trends and suggest improvements to employee compensation structures.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experiences 

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma or professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources.
  • At least 5 years’ work experience in processing end to end payroll which consist of not less than 1,000 employees.
  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist is preferred.
  • Experience in the retail and manufacturing industries is preferred.
  • Experience in establishing a payroll team is preferred.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to attendance, overtime, and social security.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with employees and external agencies.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Well versed in both Thai and English language.
