Job Description

 Position Responsibilities

The Personal Assistant (PA) serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the Group. The role acts as a liaison between the Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO), the Regional Chief Commercial Officer (RCCO), the Executive Committee, and Senior Management, supporting the organization and coordination of executive communications, stakeholder engagements, and assigned special projects.

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) and Regional Chief Commercial Officer (RCCO), including end-to-end management of a highly active calendar.
  • Arrange complex travel plans, itineraries, agendas, and prepare meeting materials for business and travel-related engagements.
  • Prepare, compose, and manage correspondence, including confidential materials.
  • Complete and manage expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Meetings, Board & Committee Support

  • Coordinate leadership, board, and committee meetings involving the GCFO and RCCO, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, minutes taking, and action-item tracking.
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and track action items to ensure timely closure and accountability.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key liaison, communicating directly and on behalf of the GCFO and RCCO with the Executive Committee, Senior Management, and external stakeholders on corporate matters.

Project & Delivery Management

  • Manage assigned deliverables and special projects with organizational impact, ensuring timely execution under tight deadlines.
  • Draft acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other specifically assigned documents as required.

Job Requirements

 Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/International Business/any other relevant fields.
  • At least 3 years of direct experience supporting C-Level Executives.
  • Strong management skills, leadership abilities, and motivation, with good business acumen.
  • Ability to influence various levels of stakeholders.
  • Efficiency and time management.
  • Well experienced in internal and external communications, partnership development
  • Proficient in Microsoft ft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat
