<li><em>Monitor ESG regulations and frameworks </em></li>
<li><em>Conduct regulatory and best practice research, including country-specific ESG      policies, to guide internal strategies and risk management.</em></li>
<li><em>Support Scope 1–3 carbon accounting and ESG data management, ensuring      audit-readiness and transparency.</em></li>
<li><em>Assist in preparing disclosures, sustainability reports, and submissions.</em></li>
<li><em>Coordinate ESG risk assessments including supplier vetting, plastic regulations, and      carbon tax readiness.</em></li>
<li><em>Support the development and maintenance of ESG-related policies and systems,      including the Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS).</em></li>

<p><strong><em>2. Program &amp; Project Execution (Environmental &amp; Social)</em></strong></p>

<li>Lead or support environmental initiatives and improvements to operational sustainability.</li>
<li>Manage social responsibility programs and community outreach.</li>
<li>Coordinate CSR campaigns and on-ground ESG activations with partners and internal teams.</li>
<li>Track and measure ESG KPIs to evaluate project outcomes and feed findings into reporting systems.</li>
<li>Manage project timelines, stakeholder alignment, and reporting for ESG initiatives.</li>
