<li>Conduct regular inspections of the workplace to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe practices.</li>
<li>Participate in incident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety inspections and compliance activities (e.g., training records, emergency drills, etc).</li>
<li>Maintain occupational safety and health documents and practices to ensure it is in compliance with legal regulations, standards and requirements.</li>
<li>Execute administrative tasks on MyKKP Portal, which includes workplace registrations, notification of incidents and other routine submissions.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support relating to occupational safety and health to safety committees, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.</li>
<li>Assist in producing workplace inspection reports and closely monitoring the improvement actions.</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining records of incidents and preparing reports for management and regulatory agencies as required.</li>
<li>Assist in ensuring occupational safety and health documents are updated and planned activities are carried out.</li>
<li>Working closely with regulatory agencies and other departments within the company to meet occupational safety and health objectives.</li>
<li>Assist in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) related ad hoc duties as assigned by management.</li>
</ul>
