Job Description
Position Responsibilities
- Execute digital campaigns focused on digital acquisition and retention across paid media,CRM, and performance channels. (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Media planning, buying, tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA,ROAS, etc.)
- Setting up, monitoring, and optimizing e-commerce promotions, collections, and landingpages on e-commerce platforms. (Dotcom, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Brand & Marketing, Operations,and Product Innovation.
- Support growth experiments — from idea to execution — to drive conversion, AOV, V, and retention.
- Prepare performance reports and share learnings for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning.
Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience
- Min. 1 year experience in growth, e-commerce, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or email marketing tools (Klaviyo is a plus).
- Comfortable working with numbers, testing ideas, and moving fast.
- Resourceful, curious, and not afraid to take initiative.
- Great attention to detail, project follow-through, and team communication.
