<li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for headquarter and retail operations both locally and globally.</li>
<li>Collaborate with retail operations to tailor strategies for different roles and geographies.</li>
<li>Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (hiring managers, agencies, etc.) to fulfill talent needs.</li>
<li>Assist in talent mapping by identifying potential candidates for key roles and maintaining records of high-potential talent in a centralized database.</li>
<li>Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.</li>
<li>Support and manage on the recruitment marketing campaigns for job openings across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional network, campaign marketing, etc).</li>
<li>Attend career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the company, engage with potential candidates, and be company’s ambassador.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate updates to regular data reporting and trackers to maintain reliability and support informed decision-making.</li>
<li>Perform any other assigned duties and responsibilities assigned by superior from time-to-time.</li>
