Job Description

Position Responsibilities  

  • Overseeing the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting
  • Preparing monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts and other financial analyses to support decision-making.
  • Responsible for monitoring customer ageing and ensure compliance with regulatory laws.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies and procedures.
  •  Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity.
  •  Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial transactions.
  • Liaise with bankers for financing matters including new financing, review financing facility, and etc.
  • Participating in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experiences 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or partially artially completed professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
  • More than 8 years experience in Accounting / finance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in Thai and/or any other language would be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle full sets of financial statements.
