Position Responsibilities

1. Under the guidance of supervisors, perform Business Analysis for business needs and applications.
2. Liaise with internal & external stakeholders to collect, review, validate the data from various sources.
3. Critically analyse the data, present the data in a simplified format, such as tables, statistics, graph, chart or report.
4. Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement & growth. Verify with stakeholders & supervisors on the findings.
5. Generate concise reports that summarise the key findings and actionable insights, enable stakeholders to make effective decisions.
6. Develop and implement tracking mechanisms to enhance data monitoring and performance analysis.
7. Perform other business-related tasks assigned by supervisor / co-workers to support business needs.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience

•  Major in business analytics, marketing, statistics, or other relevant field which required communication and analytical skills.
•  Preferably or able to commit up to 6 months internship.
•  Priority Traits – Analytical skills, attention to detail, curiosity, good initiator, proactive, ambition and passion, result fofocus, and able to multitask.
•  Understanding of Product, Business and Finance.
•  Strong communication skills & presentation skills, able to interpret numbers or data through storytelling techniques.
•  Ability to communicate and write effectively in English
•  Smart Gadget & Computer literate – MS Office, Statistical Software, Performance & Efficiency App.
•  Possess own transport.
