Job Description

Position Responsibilities

- Support the planning and creation of social media content for platforms such as Instagram,TikTok, Threads, Xiaohongshu and other relevant channels.

- Assist with content ideation, copywriting, storyboarding, photography, videography and short-form video production.

- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including new product launches, outlet openings, seasonal campaigns, promotions and brand collaborations.

- Assist in coordinating campaign timelines, creative briefs, marketing assets, products, props and other production requirements.

- Participate in content shoots, product photography, lifestyle shoots, video productions and on-ground brand activities.

- Help maintain the social media content calendar and ensure content is prepared and published accurately and on schedule.

- Monitor social media trends, customer conversations and competitor activities to identify relevant content opportunities.

- Ensure all content and communication are aligned with the ZUS Signature Coffee brand identity, tone of voice and visual direction.

Secondary Position Responsibilities

 - Support the development and coordination of digital and physical marketing materials, including social media visuals, in-store displays, posters, menus, digital screens and promotional materials.

- Assist with community management by monitoring and responding to comments, messages and customer enquiries appropriately.

- Support outlet openings, brand events, product launches and other on-ground marketing activities when required.

- Assist in tracking social media and campaign performance, including reach, engagement, views and customer responses.

- Prepare simple campaign reports and identify learnings that can improve future content and marketing activities.

- Provide general administrative and coordination support for ongoing marketing projects.
 

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experiences

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Multimedia, Design, Business or a related field.

- Open to students seeking a mandatory or voluntary internship placement.

- Able to commit to the required internship duration.

- Willing to work from the designated office and travel to outlets, events or shoot locations when required.

- Applicants should include their preferred internship start date, end date and internship duration in their application.

- Experience supporting events, campaigns, student organisations or creative projects will beneficial.

- Fresh applicants without formal working experience are encouraged to apply, provided they have a strong interest in content and marketing.
