JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with maintaining office facilities in splendid condition, ensuring that the stationeries and pantry are restocked weekly.
• Able to assist with finding runners, technicians, plumbers, locksmith, pest control servrvice etc. depending on needs and occasions.
• Assist with ordering courier services when needed. Able to differentiate different purposesfor multiple courier services.
• Assist with monitoring the office janitors and making sure the office is in a spring condition.
• Assist with raising purchase orders to finance whenever needed.
• Assist with flights and accommodations booking for the management and authorized employees. Keep a tracking of the data and ensure that all bookings are tally with thecompany’s budget.
• Assist with management claims and submission to HR. Must ensure all details and inputare correct before submitting.
• Ordering name card for the ZUS Coffee employees. Ensuring that the job title and position requested is tally with the offer letter.
• Usher guests at office to waiting area, and liaise with the internal staff whenever necessary.
• Report to superior daily or weekly whenever needed regarding updates on the given tasks.
• Assist with any other tasks requested by the superior or management whenever needed

- Diploma holder or Bachelor’s Degree holder

- Professional communication skills.

- Attention to small details.
- Have a great attention to details and be aware of the office surroundings at all times. Must be quick to react if met with mishap.
- Can effortlessly and independently adopt the fast-paced mindset. Must be able to work effectively and efficiently without constant monitoring and minimal supervision.
- Have a positive go-getter attitude. Constantly try to improve your work performance and learn to be better at the tasks given.
- Can work well in a team. Able to form a dynamic with the team and encourage the team members to be more energetic.
- Able to think fast and act promptly when faced with issues no matter how minor or major. Can come up with brilliant ideas and solutions on how to overcome complications.
- Can communicate effectively with the team members, superiors, operations support and the organization.
- Happy to help with analyzing how we can improve the team’s progressiveness.
