Position Responsibilities 

Social Media Content Creation

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
• Produce a variety of content formats including: Short-form videos , Interviews & testimonials, Highlight videos, Social event coverage.
• Ensure content aligns with ZUS’s brand voice and aesthetics.

Community Management  

• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, tags, and mentions across platforms.
• Foster meaningful interactions to grow an active and loyal community.
• Address customer inquiries and feedback professionally and promptly.  
• Keep a pulse on trending topics and conversations relevant to the ZUS audience. 

Campaign & Initiative Support

• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and engagement initiatives.
• Propose and manage social giveaways, contests, or community shoutouts to drive retention.
• Work with the team from ideation to post-campaign review. 

Monitoring &Reporting 

• Track daily engagement and community sentiment surrounding the ZUS brand.  
• Provide daily social media monitoring reports; Mentions and tags, Sentiment trends, Performance of key content, Emerging feedback from the community.

Job Requirements

 Qualification and Experiences 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. 
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (written and verbal); Mandarin is a plus.
• Comfortable on camera ; not camera-shy. 
• Familiar with key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and their tools/features.  
• Proficient in Canva and basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).  
• Proactive, creative, and always ready to contribute ideas.
• Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.3 or equivalent academic achievement.  
• Bonus: You’re already an active content creator or influencer.
