Position Responsibilities
- Assist in executing employee engagement and culture initiatives to promote a positive workplace.
- Support the planning of internal events, communication campaigns, and engagement activities.
- Assist in creating simple visual and video content for internal communications.
- Support the monitoring and documentation of performance, disciplinary, and grievance cases.
- Assist in HR reporting and data analysis to support improvement initiatives.
