Job Description
Position Responsibilities
- To assist on daily QA monitoring and food safety related matters.
- Compile all QA relevant activities on a scheduled basis for review.
- Assist in outlet registration to related governmental bodies certification purposes.
- Support product complaints handling effectively and process complaints in a uniform and timely manner, including investigation, resolution, and reporting of all product complaints
- Perform any other special project/ task assigned by superior/ management.
Job Requirements
Qualification & Experiences
- Currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science / Food Technology, Quality Assurance / Control or other related disciplines.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia language for both spoken and written.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
