Position Responsibilities

• Support the retail marketing team in executing in-store campaigns, promotions, and marketinginitiatives.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials such as POSM, price tags, and campaign visuals.
• Support administrative tasks including documentation, campaign trackers, and coordination with vendors or agencies.
• Assist in coordinating with outlets and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaignrollouts.
• Assist in competitor and market research to identify retail trends and insights.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experiences

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Mass Communications or any relevant field.
• Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Curious and interested in marketing, retail trends, and consumer behavior.
• Responsible and able to take ownership of assigned tasks
