 Position Responsibilities

 Social Media Content Creation & Execution
- Assist in planning, shooting, and editing engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Produce various content formats including short-form videos, interviews & testimonials, highlight videos, and event coverage.
- Ensure all content aligns with ZUS’s brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Support content calendar planning and execution.

Community Management
- Schedule and publish approved content across platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, and tags in a timely and professional manner.
- Build meaningful interactions to build an active and loyal community.
- Stay updated on trending topics and conversations relevant to the ZUS audience.

Campaign & Initiative Support
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and engagement initiatives.
- Propose ideas for social giveaways, contests, and community-driven activities to increase engagement and retention.
- Support campaign tracking from ideation to post-campaign review.

Monitoring & Reporting
- Track daily engagement and community sentiment across ZUS’s social platforms
- Provide insights and suggestions based on content performance 

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experiences

 -Strong interest and basic knowledge in marketing, especially social media
- Passionate about planning and executing content
- Familiar with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Up-to-date with current trends, topics, and online conversations
- Creative thinker with a good sense of what makes content engaging and shareable
- Basic to intermediate editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools).
- Strong awareness of social media trends, viral content, and audience behaviour.
- Basic copywriting skills for captions and short-form content.
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Creative and open to experimenting with new ideas
- Responsible and able to manage tasks independently
- Positive attitude and receptive to feedback
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability in assigned tasks
