Job Description

Hiring Objective:
The Junior Art Director, MYSG Studio plays a key role in shaping and executing brand creative across Malaysia and Singapore touchpoints, from campaigns and store experiences to product and digital executions.
Reporting to the Art Director, MYSG Studio, this role translates regional brand direction into locally resonant creative output, provides day-to-day art direction on design and production work, and mentors junior designers within the MYSG team.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Visual and conceptual driver of creative execution for the Malaysia and Singapore markets
• Detail-driven but able to think in the big picture
• Mentor and enabler for junior design talent within MYSG Studio

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experiences

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent
• Min. 4-6 years in art direction or brand design, ideally with exposure to the Malaysia and/or Singapore markets, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or mentorship capacity
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong understanding of local market consumer behavior and visual trends
• Behavioral Traits / Personalities: - Proactive, Strong visual storytelling instinct, Detail-oriented, Sensitive to cultural nuances, Excellent cross-collaboration and mentorship skills
