<li>Customer Business Planning: Assist in managing CVS accounts by providing market or outlets insight, sales reporting and other operation information.</li>
<li>Promotion Planning &amp; Execution: Audit key monthly activities and share POSM with CVS accounts according to the planned timeline.</li>
<li>Business Review &amp; Market Visit: Conduct regular market visits to store level and gather feedback such as building rapport with store level. Identify potential growth areas, opportunities and address immediate concerns.</li>
<li>Payment &amp; Claims Coordination: Monitoring payment status, validating customer claims and ensuring timely submission to Finance.</li>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with CVS accounts to ensure smooth collaboration.</li>
<li>Support the execution of trade marketing activities, promotions and resolving customer complaints.</li>
<li>Prepare reports, presentations and sales data analysis for decision-making.</li>
<li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.</li>
<li>Update sales forecasts based on market trends, sales performance and account feedback.</li>
