<li>Primary partner to designated business units.</li>
<li>Partner with business function leaders to understand strategic business priorities and develop corresponding people plans.</li>
<li>Translate business needs into people solutions in areas such as workforce planning, succession, and capability building.</li>
<li>Provide insights on organization structure, manpower optimization, and workforce productivity.</li>

<p><strong>2. Talent &amp; Performance Management</strong></p>

<li>Support leaders to facilitate performance management cycle, calibration, and talent reviews.</li>
<li>Facilitate job grading evaluation and calibration with Regional Compensation &amp; Benefit team and leaders.</li>

<li>Provide coaching and when required to facilitate leaders on effective employee relations and engagement issues together with PMIR team.</li>
<li>Align and collaborate with Regional People &amp; Culture and cross-country People &amp; Culture Business</li>
<li>Partners to strengthen organizational culture and retention initiatives.</li>
<li>Integrate DEI into People &amp; Culture strategies and practices to ensure ZUS commitment delivers.</li>

<p><strong>4. HR Operations &amp; Compliance</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure leaders and business functions comply with country governing laws and internal P&amp;C governance, eg: labour laws and internal people policies, code of conduct and etc.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth delivery of end-to-end cycle of HR operations.</li>
<li>Manage disciplinary and grievance cases with fairness and compliance.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>5. People Leadership</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Guiding junior people &amp; culture personnel for their development and enhance support capabilities to the designated business unit.</li>
<li>Lead and contribute to People &amp; Culture global initiatives/ projects and process improvement initiatives.</li>
