<p><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong><br><br><strong>Product Process Optimization</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Analyze current product preparation workflows and identify opportunities to streamline and reduce in-store complexity</li>
<li>Develop, test and standardize best practice SOPs for product execution and rollout&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with R&amp;D and other relevant teams to design products with operational feasibility in mind</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Efficiency &amp; Cost Optimization</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with cost of sales and productivity data to identify efficiency gaps and improvement levers-</li>
<li>Recommend ingredient, equipment or preparation changes that improve throughout and reduce labor or waste</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement loops post launch, leveraging feedback to fine tune execution&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Multi-Market Enablement </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate across markets to ensure consistent product execution while accomodating local operational nuances where required</li>
<li>Localize global processes for market fit without compromising efficiency</li>
<li>Provide structured handovers and training materials to support adoption in market</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cross Functional Collaboration</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with Operations, Training, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance to ensure end to end readiness before product go-live</li>
<li>Participate in pilots and new store formats to assess operational feasibility and process scalability</li>
<li>Contribute to post launch reviews, capturing learning and driving corrective actions&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with external vendors to drive external mass test exercises for the collection of public sample data</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Documentation &amp; Knowledge Sharing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain detailed operational playbooks, SOPs and troubleshooting guides</li>
<li>Track and report performance metrics related to product execution (consistency, wastages etc.)</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Secondary Position Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Recommend changes to product SOPs, equipment, small wares usage or ingredient handling based on efficiency findings</li>
<li>Approve operational SOPs and training inputs prior to regional rollout</li>
<li>Influence new product feasibility assessment from an operational lens</li>
</ul>
