Job Description
- Manage and lead strategic & transformational change across the organization and to transform management and operational way of working.
- Continually improve and implement efficient systems aligned to the business goals.
- Ensure stakeholders are engaged and have continuous visibility of projects.
- Define and employ standardized processes for effective execution of projects.
- Work with a variety of stakeholders to implement special projects & document outcomes and lessons.
- Research, prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the COO, including sensitive or confidential nature
- Determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response
- Assist the COO in preparing policy, research and analysis and related executive, strategic, and program activities.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the COO and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting & Finance, and other related studies from a recognized university.
- Preferably a professional certification in Project Management, Agile Practice, Design Thinking, Critical Thinking, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, Risk Management.
- Any certifications or prior educational qualification in: Consulting School, Design Thinking, Ethics & Compliance, Dashboarding, Tech Topics (IoT, Augmented Reality, Blockchain) are a plus.
- Minimum 4-7 years business management, strategic operations, change or transformation management, project-based experience with prior working experience in leading an independent team, stakeholder engagement.
- Prior consulting or strategy experience or knowledge in Retail, Operational or Manufacturing optimization, Design Thinking Workshops, Review of Organizational goals and KPIs.
- Prior experience in project management execution and delivery excellence.
- Any entrepreneurial experience is a plus
