Job Description
Position Responsibilities
- Ensure products, processes, and systems meet Quality and Compliance Standards through the implementation of effective systems, procedures, and verification checks.
- Drive Quality Management System (QMS) & Halal Assurance System (HAS) development, implementation & maintenance.
- Manage product release, process deviations, quality incidents, and trade complaints for FMCG & Lifestyle Business.
- Maintain accurate and detailed technical documentation for quality and compliance activities, ensuring traceability, regulatory compliance, and alignment with internal standards and best practices.
- Monitor regulatory updates, industry standards, and market-specific compliance requirements. Identify emerging compliance trend, opportunities and risks that may impact the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and opportunities, develop strategic plans to address challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct internal & external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, maintain traceability.
- Provide technical support, compliance advisory, and training to strengthen business operations and build team capabilities.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition or related science field.
- Min 2 years of working experience in FMCG Food Industry (Beverages) or related field.
- Experience in Product Quality, Food Safety System, Halal, or Internal Auditor will be added advantage.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa.
- Good communication, interpersonal & presentation skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent working.
- Smart Gadget & Computer literate – MS Office, Statistical Software, Performance & Efficiency App.
- Self-starter, results-focused, able to multitask, organized, detail-oriented, dedicated and team player.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
