<li>Assist superior in Pre and Post Quantity for vendor and contractor.</li>
<li>Assist superior in preparing Bills of Quantities, contracts, and other related documentation.</li>
<li>Assist superior in evaluating costs from main contractor and subcontractors.</li>
<li>Prepare and create Purchase Orders using the system.</li>
<li>Assist in verifying the cost control of all vendors, sub-contractors, workers, etc.</li>
<li>Assist superior in Taking-off quantities for all the outlets’ items.</li>
<li>Monitor and keep track of project progress and work closely with internal departments.</li>
<li>Work as part of a team to ensure that the project's requirements are delivered on time.</li>
<li>Perform any other special project/ad-hoc task assigned by superior/ management.</li>
<li>Preferably with Interior Design (ID) knowledge.</li>
<li>Confident, proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines</li>
