<li>Support Regional Manager in overseeing supply chain operations across company-owned and franchise markets.</li>
<li>Assist new market openings (sourcing, vendor onboarding, logistics setup, inventory readiness).</li>
<li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, ensuring alignment with company standards and supply chain best practices.</li>
<li>Implement supply chain KPIs and monitor performance of existing business units, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and demand planning teams.</li>
<li>Track inventory levels and support cost and stock optimization.</li>
<li>Manage third-party service providers and distribution partners, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.</li>
<li>Support compliance with regulations, food safety, and internal policies.</li>
<li>Support risk assessments and contingency planning to avoid supply disruptions.</li>
<li>Support sustainability and cost-savings initiatives.</li>
<li>Provide operational guidance to local supply chain teams.</li>
<li>Assist in system/process improvements, including ERP/Supply Chain software upgrades.</li>
