Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain workflows using n8n/A/Anycross
• Implement automation for:
• Lark approval flows◦ Notifications, reminders, and alert
• Data syncing between system Configure triggers (webhooks, schedules, events)Lark Automation
• Build and maintain:
• - Lark Bots
• - Lark approval & workflow automation
• - Message-based alerts and escalations
• Integrate Lark with internal systems via API/web hook Operations & Maintenance
• Monitor automation health and fix failures
• Perform basic debugging (API errors, timeouts, malformed data)
• Maintain clear documentation for each workflow
• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
• Work with operations and product teams to understand requiremen 
• Escalate design or logic issues early (no silent failures)
• Build automations, integrations, bots, scripts; own technical delivery end-to-end.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration,or a related field.
• Proven 1-2 years experience in business process automation using tools such as N8N, Lark Anycross, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies is preferred.
• Basic to intermediate experience with n8n
• Basic understanding of REST APIs & JSON
• Some scripting knowledge (JavaScript preferred)
• Familiar with webhooks and cron jobs
• Basic database knowledge (SQL fundamentals)
