Job Description

PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE (OF THIS POSITION):

If you like the sound of that, we're looking for you. The Brand Experience Partner (Digital) plays a key role in shaping and delivering global brand initiatives across our App and digital ecosystem.

This role leads the end-to-end digital brand experience — from in-App journeys, feature launches, loyalty touchpoints, CRM flows, and digital campaigns, to accompanying assets like motion content, micro-interactions, and UX copy. It also empowers local teams through digital playbooks, workshops, and shared best practices that drive stronger execution across markets. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Brand Positioning

  •  Conduct or leverage market research to understand brand perception, consumer behavior, preferences, and trends to inform brand strategies.
  •  Work with Commercial, Product and Business Unit teams to ensure customer feedback and market trends inform brand initiatives.

Branded Experiences

  •  Lead the development and continuous improvement of brand touchpoints (app, store, product, campaigns and merchandise) ensuring it reflects the brand identity while adapting to local market needs.
  •  Drive the evolution of store experiences and IP-led activations, ensuring they deliver both strong brand expression and measurable business impact in each market.

Cross-Functional Business Unit Collaboration

  •  Work closely with Business Units to ensure integrated brand experiences.
  •  Run workshops and facilitate cross-market knowledge sharing, bringing learnings from one country to inspire and support others, whilst equipping them with practical tools and skills.
  •  Deliver specific market insights to regional and country teams for contextual execution.
  •  Create a culture of best practice sharing, spotlighting successful projects from one market or vertical to inspire others.

Commercial Performance Tracking

  •  Monitor and analyze the performance of brand initiatives and campaigns, providing detailed reports and recommendations for commercial impact.


Job Requirements

JOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Comm, Graphic Design or equivalent

Experience

  • Min. 3-7 years in Marketing or Branding role

Skills & Knowledge

  • Canva
