Position Responsibilities

• Support execution of international expansion initiatives through preparation, launch, and stabilization.
• Assist in translating expansion direction into structured tasks, timelines, and follow-up actions.
• Support research on market, operational, and execution requirements.
• Coordinate inputs and follow-ups across teams to ensure timely delivery of assigned items.
• Assist with data collection, validation, and basic analysis.
• Support preparation of updates and capture learnings to improve future expansion efforts.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience

• 1 - 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, consulting support, or business analysis roles.
• Exposure to retail, F&B, or fast-paced environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work across teams and support coordination among multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Reliable, accountable, and comfortable working to tight timelines.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with willingness to learn and take ownership.
