PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE (OF THIS POSITION):
The Regional Interior Designer is responsible for supporting the drafting and design development of international projects, producing submission and construction drawings, and standardizing design documentation across markets. This role also supports design governance by reviewing franchisee proposals, coordinating with regional teams on design matters, and ensuring compliance with design and build guidelines.

3. Design Process & Workflow Optimization
4. Cross-Department Liaison (Informal)
5. Training & Onboarding (Light)
Occasionally assisting new regional team members or franchisees to understand the design standards, templates, and tools.
