<p>1<strong>.Corporate Transactions &amp; Strategic Execution</strong></p>

<li>Support and execute corporate transactions</li>
<li>Lead or support financial, commercial and operational analyses for initiatives</li>
<li>Coordinate and support pre-due diligence and due diligence processes</li>
<li>Assist in preparing internal memorandum, board papers and management presentations</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>2.Financial Analysis &amp; Modelling</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build, review and maintain robust financial models (3-statement models, sensitivities, scenarios)</li>
<li>Develop business cases for new markets, concepts and strategic initiatives</li>
<li>Monitor and analyse post-transaction and post-investment performance</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>3.Special Projects</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support initiatives and Group wide readiness workstreams, internal coordination and advisor engagement</li>
<li>Assist in group-wide strategic initiatives such as cost optimisation, operating model design and expansion planning</li>
<li>Conduct market, competitor and industry research across Malaysia and regional markets</li>
