Job Description
Objective
The Product Marketer bridges product development and customer needs by driving positioning, GTM strategies, and campaigns that build awareness and adoption of ZUS Coffee’s products.
Position Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
- Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers.
- Build GTM strategies for new launches, campaigns, and channel activation.
- Partner with product, R&D, and sales teams to align on value propositions.
- Execute campaigns that generate awareness, demand, and product adoption.
- Develop content for campaigns, product guides, and internal enablement.
- Track and analyze campaign performance; adjust strategies for impact; post-mortem.
- Support brand storytelling and customer engagement efforts
Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related.
- 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, preferably consumer/F&B.
- 7–10+ years in product management, with experience in regional or international roles.
- Strong storytelling, empathy, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with strategic thinking ability.
- Adaptability in a fast-moving market environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
