<li>Lead supplier risk assessment, technical review and onboarding decision - making cross markets.</li>

<li>Plan, conduct and oversee supplier audits and remote assessment.</li>
<li>Develop and optimize supplier management framework, standardize audit tools, rating scales and CAPA frameworks across regions.</li>
<li>Lead high-risk supplier investigation and ensure timely closure of non-conformances.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Define and manage Supplier Performance Score card including audit performance, CAR closure rate, incident rate trends and responsiveness.</li>

<li>Review quarterly dashboards and lead cross-functional performance reviews, use analytics to inform strategic sourcing decisions and highlight quality improvement opportunities.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Act as QA incident commander for major supplier-related food safety issues.</li>

<li>Engage BU, Regulatory, and Management for high-risk incident debriefs&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong>Retail QA Excellence &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<li>Oversee cross market retail QA performance including food safety, hygiene, barista practices and compliance with ZUS Retail standards&nbsp;</li>
<li>Lead continonus improvement inittiatives in retail QA, embedding best practice into outlet operations</li>
<li>Partner with cross market QA to design and roll out QA projects, trainings and frame work to drive customer experience and regulatory compliances.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Ensure supplier technical documentation meets internal and regulatory standards.&nbsp;</li>
