Job Description

 PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE (OF THIS POSITION):

  • To work with the Regional Marketing Manager in strategising, managing, and executing strategic content plans across all user touch points, including but not limited to digital & offline paid media, owned media, and visual merchandising, as well as ensuring the creative direction approved and determined is cascaded down to multichannel in synchronization.

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :


Part 1 –Primary roles of the job, which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs

  • To strategize, manage, implement, and evaluate content plans across multichannel, including but not limited to digital & offline paid media, owned media, visual merchandising, events, and offline activation.
  • Innovate with the brand and design team to produce new ideas consistent with company branding that convey on-brand messages, drive behaviours, and create conversations.
  • Develop and continuously improve the creative production and execution process.
  • Manage the creation and deployment of campaign and content plans and packages across multichannel touch points.

 Part 2 – Secondary roles that support the primary roles above

  • Manage, craft, and execute campaign and content plans based on business objectives, product launching plans, as well as marketing goals.
  • Participate in brand and content strategy development, provide a creative strategy plan with production and execution timeline for written and visual content.
  • Integrate a range of storytelling content forms and manner like photographs, videos, texts, decks, and etc,
  • Work with other marketing divisions to develop campaign marketing plans, analyse results, review opportunities, and so on.
  • Liaise with a creative team of designers, copywriters, social media specialists, as well as production houses.

 JOB AUTHORITIES :

  • To create, craft, and manage campaign and project timeline relating to content planning, creation, production on multichannel effectively.
  • To manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure that execution on relating to content planning, creation, production on multichannel contributing to conversations, awareness, positive engagement, and brand equity.
  • To liaise with service suppliers and other relevant stakeholders on executional matters relating to production, project management, and content plan deployment.

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • A diploma or a bachelor’s degree in marketing / project management / marketing communications / PR / design / graphic design / advertising.

Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in F&B / retail / fashion / event management / advertising handling matters relating to campaign planning, social media management, and retail marketing.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
  • Have up-to-date knowledge about retail and product marketing landscape.
  • Excellent project management skill.
  • Superior knowledge on social media, campaign marketing nature, placement, vanity and performance metrics relating to existing and emerging competitors in the industry.
  • A valuable team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Excellent understanding of social media, project management and campaign marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
  • Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
