Job Description
Position Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end execution of international expansion initiatives through launch and stabilization.
- Translate expansion direction into structured execution plans with clear priorities, sequencing, and ownership.
- Apply and refine readiness frameworks across all departments.
- Assess readiness, identify gaps and interdependencies, and recommend actions to address them.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on delivery expectations and resolve execution issues.
- Provide concise, decision-oriented updates and capture post-launch learnings to strengthen future rollouts.
Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience in project execution, program delivery, consulting implementation, operations, or PMO roles.
- Experience in F&B, retail, or consumer-facing businesses; exposure to high-growth or fast-paced environments is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders across markets.
- Strong execution discipline with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
- High sense of ownership, resilience under pressure, and consistent delivery against deadlines.
- Ability to influence, align, and drive outcomes, supported by clear and structured communication.
