<p><strong>Regional Supplier Governance and Auditing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct supplier audit (approval, routine, ad-hoc) across multiples countries in alignment with group FSQ standards.</li>
<li>Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, work closely with supplier to address and resolve quality and safety issue, including any defects or inconsistencies.</li>
<li>Harmonize audit frequency and documentation across market based in supplier risk profiling, PSR status and Supplier Performance Score.</li>
<li>Provide supplier onboarding support to new markets including guidance on QA tools, documentation and approvals.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>FSQ Compliance and Documentation Review</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform Product Safety Review (PSR) on cross-border suppliers and ingredients.</li>
<li>Validate regional suppliers’ food safety documentation (e.g. HACCP, FSSC22000, Halal etc)</li>
<li>Maintain centralized QA documentation and ensure traceability for audit and regulatory purposes.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Incident Response and Recovery, CAPA Oversight</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as regional QA responder for supplier-related product incidents, recalls, and quality complaints from markets.</li>
<li>Work with vendors on timely investigation, root cause analysis, and issuance of Corrective &amp; Preventive Actions (CAPA).</li>
<li>Support the development of incident metrics and dashboards across country teams.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Supplier Performance Scorecard Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Track, update, and report on regional supplier scorecards including defect rates, audit results, and incident history.</li>
<li>Facilitate cross-functional reviews with Procurement and Operations to recommend supplier upgrades or offboarding.</li>
<li>Use analytics to inform strategic sourcing decisions and highlight quality improvement opportunities.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Product Quality Validation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate cross-market testing for new products, ingredients and food items to ensure consistency and regulatory fit.</li>
<li>Collaborate with BU teams to align PSR evaluations with retail readiness and customer safety expectation.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Conduct Outlet Regular Audit (ORA) to stay relevant and compliant to Retail Operation workflow, procedure and requirement.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Perform any other special project/ task assigned by superior/ management.</strong></p>
