Job Description
Position Responsibilities
- Support daily regional supply chain operations.
- Assist new market openings (sourcing, vendor onboarding, logistics setup, inventory readiness) and documentation.
- Coordinate with franchise and local operations teams.
- Maintain supply chain reports and dashboards.
- Track inventory levels and support stock optimization.
- Liaise with logistics providers, warehouses, and vendors.
- Support compliance with regulations, food safety and internal policies.•Identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Support ERP / system data updates.
- Assist with stock counts and operational reviews.
- Support ad-hoc regional supply chain projects.
Job Requirements
Qualification and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of supply chain / logistics / operations.
- F&B or retail exposure is an advantage.
- Basic to intermediate supply chain knowledge
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Excel and reporting tools
- Organized, reliable, eager to learn
- Comfortable in fast-paced and multi-market environments
- Proactive and detail-oriented
