Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Frontend Lead, regional developers, and backend teams to build and maintain scalable, maintainable React.js applications for the Back Office system used across multiple regions.
• Convert UI/UX designs (Figma, Zeplin) into reusable components using modern React architecture (hooks, context, component-based structure).
• Develop responsive and localized UI features that cater to varying workflows and business logic in different markets.
• Write clean, reusable, well-documented code with an emphasis on performance, accessibility, and cross-regional maintainability.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, support) across different countries to identify workflow pain points and implement tech-enabled solutions.
• Participate in cross-market code reviews, testing, and bug fixing to ensure stable regional deployments.
• Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and stakeholders in various markets to ship features efficiently and reliably.
• Contribute UI/UX feedback based on user behavior, regional feedback, or platform constraints.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience in frontend development, with strong proficiency in React.js and/or Next.js.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
• Strong grasp of responsive design principles and ability to ensure cross-browser and cross-region compatibility.
• Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or React Context.
• Proficient in integrating with RESTful APIs and working with backend teams across different regions.
• Experience working with version control tools (Git) in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams with regional product and QA teams.
• Strong communication skills, especially in distributed team environments.
