<li>Collaborate with the <strong>Frontend Lead</strong>, <strong>regional developers</strong>, and <strong>backend teams</strong> to build and maintain scalable, maintainable React.js applications for the <strong>Back Office system</strong> used across multiple regions.</li>
<li>Convert UI/UX designs (Figma, Zeplin) into reusable components using modern React architecture (hooks, context, component-based structure).</li>
<li>Develop responsive and localized UI features that cater to varying workflows and business logic in different markets.</li>
<li>Write clean, reusable, well-documented code with an emphasis on <strong>performance</strong>, <strong>accessibility</strong>, and <strong>cross-regional maintainability</strong>.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, support) across different countries to identify workflow pain points and implement tech-enabled solutions.</li>
<li>Participate in cross-market <strong>code reviews</strong>, <strong>testing</strong>, and <strong>bug fixing</strong> to ensure stable regional deployments.</li>
<li>Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and stakeholders in various markets to ship features efficiently and reliably.</li>
<li>Contribute UI/UX feedback based on user behavior, regional feedback, or platform constraints.</li>
