Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance security policies, standards, and procedures that align across the region while accommodating local regulatory requirements.
• Conduct security audits and compliance assessments based on international and regional standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, local data protection laws).
• Deploy, configure, and manage security tools and platforms across multiple regional sites,including firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
• Monitor regional security events, analyze anomalies, and lead cross-country incident response and remediation activities.
• Investigate breaches with a focus on root cause analysis, conduct forensic investigations, and implement corrective and preventive measures at a regional level.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and risk analyses across all regional environments,coordinating penetration testing and remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to embed security in the system architecture and SDLC regionally—ensuring infrastructure and applications are secure by design.
• Deliver ongoing security awareness training tailored to regional teams, helping promote aculture of shared security responsibility across the organization.
• Track global and regional threat landscapes, evaluate emerging technologies, and guide adoption of new tools and frameworks.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Requirements:

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with exposure to multi-country infrastructure orregional enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and incident response skills, capable of navigating diverse threat environments and resolving complex issues at scale.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business teams across cultural and geographic boundaries.
• In-depth understanding of security principles, secure softftware practices, and cryptographic protocols.
• Expertise in network security, system hardening, and architecture-level controls indistributed environments.
• Proficient in regional and international compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, local cybersecurity frameworks).
• Practical experience with SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, and centralized logging platforms.
• Demonstrated experience with risk and vulnerability management processes, tools, and third-party testing engagements.
