Position Responsibilities

The role is responsible for supporting the design, coordination, and execution of regional employee experience and internal communication initiatives that foster engaging, connected, and high-performing workplace. The role partners with all P&C teams and business stakeholders deliver consistent employee experiences, strengthen organizational culture, and enhance communication across the region.

• Coordinate and execute regional employee experience initiatives that promote engagement- BOTZ, ZAN, Regional events, reinforce the ZUS’ culture and values, and enhance the overall employee journey and ZUS employer branding.
• Develop, coordinate and deliver internal communication campaigns, newsletters, announcements, and communication materials that keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with business priorities.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and culture initiatives, while monitoring participation and recommending improvements.
• Support the planning and execution of regional People & Culture programmes, including town halls, onboarding activities, leadership events, appreciation initiatives, learning campaigns, and corporate employee events.
• Maintain and continuously improve employee communication platforms and communication framework, including the intranet-Lark Moments, Workplace and etc and other digital channels in ZUS, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with regional communication standards.
• Track employee engagement results, communication effectiveness, participation rates, and employee feedback, preparing regular reports and insights to support continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Regional and Country P&C teams to localize regional initiatives, coordinate implementation, gather employee feedback, and share best practices to ensure a consistent employee experience while respecting local business and cultural requirements.

Job Requirements

 Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Public Relations, Corporate Communications or related field.
• 5-7 years in Employee Experience, Internal Communications, Employer Branding, Corporate Communications or HR engagement roles, preferably within a regional or multi-site organization.
• Has worked in F&B, retail, FMCG or fast growth multi country business.
• Experienced in facilitation of all employees to senior leadership team engagement activities.

Skills & Knowledge

• Good commercial understanding, campaign/event management, audience segmentation and demonstrate strong appreciation difference communication channels to disseminate internal information within the right timing.
• Advanced internal communications, creative thinker, storytelling, executive messaging and communication planning.
• Strong writing, editing and content creation skills which is business relevant in ZUS way.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong collaboration & community building to drive strong cross countries engagement effectively.
• Matured time management skills; able to manage multiple roles and priorities across different geographies.
• Results-focused, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects from strategy to execution.
