Position Responsibilities :
As a Retail Experience Specialist, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and promoting our premium lifestyle products. You will provide expert product recommendations, maintain outstanding store presentation, and ensure every customer leaves with a memorable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Provide simple product explanations and usage guidance
• Ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience

Sales & Client Engagement

• Contribute to achieving store sales targets with a service-first approach
• Thoughtfully introduce complementary products to enhance the customer’s purchase
• Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and in-store activations

Store Presentation & Visual Merchandising

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually refined store environment
• Ensure products are displayed according to brand guidelines
• Highlight key collections, bestsellers, and new arrivals

Cashiering

• Handle POS transactions accurately (cash, card, e-wallet)
• Assist with opening and closing of the store
• Ensure proper handling of receipts and daily sales

Visual Merchandising

• Follow store guidelines for product displays
• Ensure shelves and displays are neat and attractive
• Highlight key products, promotions, and bestsellers

Team & Brand Support

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations
• Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner
• Support store events and promotional activities when needed

Job Requirements

 Qualifications and Experience:

Education

• Minimum SPM or equivalent

Experience

• Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
