Job Description

 Position Responsibilities

  •  Support Assistant Manager (AM) – Analytics in delivering structured performance analysis and management reporting.
  •  Monitor transporter performance metrics such as on-time delivery, lead time compliance, failed deliveries, cost efficiency, and service reliability.
  •  Conduct periodic 3PL and transporter performance reviews including SLA compliance tracking and corrective action monitoring.
  •  Develop and maintain operational dashboards to monitor KPIs, identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.
  •  Monitor and extract operational reports from 3PL Transport Management Systems (TMS).
  •  Validate and reconcile TMS data before updating into internal databases or reporting systems.
  •  Ensure data accuracy and integrity within WMS and ERP systems including master data validation.
  •  Track and analyze logistics and warehousing costs including storage, handling, transportation, manpower, and penalties.
  •  Return process consolidation cost improvement with 3PL
  •  Monitor budget utilization and perform variance analysis with recommended action plans.
  •  Review and validate 3PL invoices, transporter billing, and cost claims against contractual agreements and actual performance.
  •  Partner with Finance to ensure financial transparency and cost governance across logistics operations.
  •  Support cost optimization initiatives through detailed financial and operational analysis.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience

  •  Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field.
  •  Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain analytics, or finance-related roles.
  •  Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in KPI reporting and cost analysis.
  •  Hands-on experience reviewing 3PL invoices, transport billing, and cost reconciliation.
  •  Experience working with TMS, WMS, and ERP systems.
  •  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with BI tools is an advantage.
  •  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  •  High attention to detail with strong data validation capability.
