Job Description
Position Responsibilities
- Support Assistant Manager (AM) – Analytics in delivering structured performance analysis and management reporting.
- Monitor transporter performance metrics such as on-time delivery, lead time compliance, failed deliveries, cost efficiency, and service reliability.
- Conduct periodic 3PL and transporter performance reviews including SLA compliance tracking and corrective action monitoring.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards to monitor KPIs, identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.
- Monitor and extract operational reports from 3PL Transport Management Systems (TMS).
- Validate and reconcile TMS data before updating into internal databases or reporting systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within WMS and ERP systems including master data validation.
- Track and analyze logistics and warehousing costs including storage, handling, transportation, manpower, and penalties.
- Return process consolidation cost improvement with 3PL
- Monitor budget utilization and perform variance analysis with recommended action plans.
- Review and validate 3PL invoices, transporter billing, and cost claims against contractual agreements and actual performance.
- Partner with Finance to ensure financial transparency and cost governance across logistics operations.
- Support cost optimization initiatives through detailed financial and operational analysis.
Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain analytics, or finance-related roles.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in KPI reporting and cost analysis.
- Hands-on experience reviewing 3PL invoices, transport billing, and cost reconciliation.
- Experience working with TMS, WMS, and ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with BI tools is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong data validation capability.
