 Position Responsibilities

1. VM Strategy & Execution - Planogram, merchandising guideline, POSM placement, product visibility, fixture usage, customer flow, brand consistency.
2. Store Audit & Display Optimization - Audit quality, issue identification, tracker maintenance, follow-up and corrective actions.
3. Campaign & Launch Execution - Rollout checklist, VM materials, setup deadlines, launch readiness, sample/prototype/fixture coordination.
4. Cross-Functional & Supplier Management - Collaboration with Brand, Retail Ops, Procurement, SC, AM and suppliers.
5. VM Inventory & Material Management - POSM, fixtures, display stock tracking, replenishment and allocation. 

Job Requirements

 Qualification & Experiences

1. Possesses a Diploma in Marketing, Arts & Design, Industrial Design, or an equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a Visual Merchandising role.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop and 3D software (if can)
4. Proactive and creative, with strong long-term strategic thinking capabilities.
5. Results-oriented and detail-oriented in execution.- Demonstrates excellent cross-collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
6. Able to manage multiple stores, campaigns, materials, deadlines and trackers simultaneously.
7. Considers not only aesthetics, but also conversion, product visibility and sales impact.
8. Comfortable working across different store formats, campaigns and changing business priorities.
