Position Responsibilities 

• Project Planning & Execution: Oversee multiple projects, from initial scoping to execution and post-implementation reviews.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads and elected project leaders, ensuring clarity and accountability.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement structured workflows that improve operations and profitability.
• Tech & Innovation Support: Work alongside the Tech Lead to align projects with digital transformation initiatives.
• Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, track progress, and provide data-driven reports to leadership.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies to proactively mitigate issues.
• Change Management: Drive adoption of new processes and ensure smooth transitions for teams.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience  

• At least 3 years in project management, operations, or business transformation roles.
• Experience in B2C, F&B, Retail, SaaS, or Tech-driven environments is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with data and present actionable insights
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies (preferred)
• Comfortable with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Asana)
• Certifications (Good to Have): PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI-ACP)
• Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and focused on driving measurable business impact.
