Position Responsibilities

We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager, Strategy to support investment and value creation decisions through rigorous financial analysis, structured business cases, and clear tracking of results.
Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Finance, this role sits at the intersection of strategy and finance and focuses on forward-looking decision support rather than routine reporting. You will enable senior leadership decision-making by evaluating, prioritizing, and tracking a portfolio of strategic initiatives with direct P&L and capital allocation impact. 

• Analyze business performance to identify areas for growth, turnaround, and improvement across key segments
• Break down the main drivers of value and turn strategic ideas into clear, data-backed recommendations 
• Build financial models and business cases to support investment and prioritization decisions
• Assess P&L and unit economics for new and existing business initiatives from planning through execution 
• Monitor results against approved plans, investigate gaps, and work with owners to implement corrective actions 
• Support ad-hoc analyses on complex strategic and financial matters

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experiences

• 3 – 7 years in corporate finance, strategy, consulting, or similar analytical roles 
• Strong financial and business acumen, structured problem-solving skills and proven ability to engage stakeholders and collaborate across functions 
• Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and executive-ready recommendations
• High ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias toward driving decisions 
• Experience in business cases, value creation, performance improvement, or commercial ownership is an advantage
