Position Responsibilities

We are looking for a Technical Architect to bridge the gap between our App, Backend, Frontend, and DevOps teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and scalable development practices. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise who can provide feature-based and project-based solutions, guiding multiple teams toward best practices, scalability, and efficiency.

Technical Strategy & Architecture

• Design and implement scalable and maintainable system architectures across backend, frontend, mobile apps, and DevOps.
• Define technical standards, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency across teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to scope, define, and architect the right solutions for new features and projects.
  

 Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication

• Act as a technical bridge between teams, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment in development efforts.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, product, and DevOps teams to define technical priorities.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  

Scalability & Performance Optimization

• Guide teams on performance, security, and maintainability best practices.
• Ensure backend and frontend systems are designed to handle growth, high availability, and resilience.
• Provide input on database optimization, API design, and microservices architecture.

DevOps & Infrastructure Integration

• Work closely with DevOps engineers to streamline CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
• Ensure that software development and deployment align with infrastructure scalability and security requirements.
• Promote best practices in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure), and monitoring.

Code Review & Technical Leadership

• Conduct technical reviews, code reviews, and architecture assessments across teams.
• Mentor and guide engineers to adopt best practices and improve technical proficiency.
• Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting and debugging complex system issues.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experiences

• 8+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with exposure to backend, frontend, mobile app development, and DevOps.
• Strong expertise in modern backend technologies (PHP, Node.js, Python, Java, Go, etc.).
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and mobile app development (iOS/Android, Flutter, React Native).
• Deep understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and containerization.
• Experience with scalable system design, microservices, API architecture, and database optimization.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
