Position Responsibilities

Campaign and Trade Execution & Coordination
- Assist in the rollout of trade marketing campaigns across accounts in Modern Trade Channel, coordinate with vendors and agencies on deliverables and timelines, liaise with internal stakeholders for timely execution
- Coordinate POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) production, deployment and tracking
- Support in organizing roadshows & sampling activations and coordinate with agencies, BD and Brand Marketing for timely execution and impactful result
- Support new product launches through sample distribution, merchandising kits and channel-specific activation

Trade Support & Visibility
- Monitor and maintain planogram compliance and visibility standards in-store
- Support in providing planogram guidelines to sales/field team

Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage inventory of trade materials (e.g Premiums, POSM)
- Handle quotation sourcing, purchase requisitions, and documentation support

Reporting & Analysis
- Compile and analyze trade campaign performance reports
- Support in tracking budget usage, campaign ROI and provide insights to Trade Marketing Manager/Senior Manager 

Job Requirements

 Qualification and Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0-2 years in Trade Marketing, Sales Support or Marketing.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and comfortable with reporting tools
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Prior experience of working in a FMCG related industry/company is preferred
- Able to travel occasionally for market visits or activations
- Strong attention to detail, a collaborative team player, highly responsible, and comfortable working with numbers and data.
