Position Responsbilities

 Driving & Delivery:

• Deliver goods safely and on time to outlets, customers, or designated locations. 
• Ensure proper handling of goods during loading, transport, and unloading to prevent damage. 
• Plan delivery routes efficiently to meet schedule and minimize delays. 
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle. 
• Perform daily vehicle checks (fuel, tire pressure, engine condition, etc.). 
• Ensure all delivery documents are properly signed and returned. 
• Comply with road safety regulations and company transport policies. 

Warehouse Operations:

• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods accurately. 
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery according to order requirements. 
• Support stock arrangement and ensure warehouse organization is maintained. 
• Conduct stock counting and inventory checks when required. 
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of goods following warehouse procedures. 
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse area. 
• Assist in loading and unloading goods from trucks or containers. 

Documentation & Coordination:

• Ensure delivery orders, invoices, and related documents are accurate. 
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with warehouse team and operations team for delivery scheduling. 
• Follow company SOP and safety guidelines at all times.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. 
• Valid driving license (GDL license preferred). 
• Proven experience as driver, warehouse assistant, or similar role is an advantage. 
• Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting. 
• Good time management and punctuality. 
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently. 
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations is preferred. 
• Able to work overtime when required.
