Assist in arranging and managing daily office affairs, including but not limited to receiving visitors, answering and transferring calls, and managing documents.
Sales Administration Works & Sales administrations functions
Responsible for purchasing and managing office equipment and supplies, ensuring the normal operation of equipment and timely replenishment of necessary items.
Responsible for formulating and updating the company's administrative policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and standardization of administrative work.
Assist in addressing employees' daily issues and needs, providing necessary support and solutions, not limited to office facilities
Assist in executing other administrative tasks to meet the company's needs and requirements.
Translation: Translate documents when necessary (Mandarin, Malay & English) able to write and read, prepare letters.
Job Requirements
Proven admin or assistant experience.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Capable in MS Office.
At least 1-2 years of sales administration experience, however fresh diploma or equivalent may be considered.
Able to work with minimum supervision, self-motivated, willing to handle work stress.
Applicants must be willing to work in KL
