Job Description

  • Assist in arranging and managing daily office affairs, including but not limited to receiving visitors, answering and transferring calls, and managing documents.
  • Sales Administration Works & Sales administrations functions
  • Responsible for purchasing and managing office equipment and supplies, ensuring the normal operation of equipment and timely replenishment of necessary items.
  • Responsible for formulating and updating the company's administrative policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and standardization of administrative work.
  • Assist in addressing employees' daily issues and needs, providing necessary support and solutions, not limited to office facilities
  • Assist in executing other administrative tasks to meet the company's needs and requirements.
  • Translation: Translate documents when necessary (Mandarin, Malay & English) able to write and read, prepare letters.

Job Requirements

  • Proven admin or assistant experience.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Capable in MS Office.
  • At least 1-2 years of sales administration experience, however fresh diploma or equivalent may be considered.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision, self-motivated, willing to handle work stress.
  •  Applicants must be willing to work in KL

Right to Work Requirements
