Job Description
A Centre Manager is the team leader and will oversee the success of the Swim School.
This person is responsible for the overall daily operations and management of the Centre, and ensures a dynamic, well‐run facility through well‐planned programs, empowered staff and attention to customer service.
The Centre Manager will ensure that a team environment is fostered with a focus on quality instruction, excellent customer service and a SUPER experience for all customers and team members alike.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related fields.
- Lead all team members, both on and off deck, while fostering a team approach.
- Provide reports on performance of Centre, anticipate and forecast for the Swim School’s needs and requirements while monitoring changes and trends in the business.
- Manage the facility, ensuring efficient use of available resources and achievement of operational goals.
- Assist in the marketing and promotion of aquatic programs and services.
- Strong oral and written communication skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia)
- Excellent analytical skills and meticulous.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong independent decision-making, organization, planning and problem-solving skills
- Committed and willing to travel
